This is my very first Revlon product. I've known this brand ever since I have become a makeup enthusiast and beauty blogger, but I haven't tried their products yet. I saw this velvet lipstick launch months ago and I got curious, because why not it says it velvet and I really love velvet formula compared to water tint etc. I am very excited to discuss this product and share it with you my experienced. :)
Whipped creamy comfort. Hyper matte finish. pigment-packed, award-winning, moisturizing lip mousse, which stays smooth for up to eight hours.
I bought the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Mousse for ₱ 475.00 at Shoppee, the original price was ₱ 575.00. It comes in 14 shades, but I only get one shade only which is the Spice, matte brown-mauve tone.

The formula is real velvet, it glides smoothly, creamy and blends on the lips comfortably. It doesn't crack my lips like the regular matte lipstick does. (the reason why I really don't like wearing matte lipstick). compared to velvet formula, I can wear it regularly without worrying my lips would be damage by the formula.
The doe-foot is nice and unique, especially with the curve and the pointed tip, that covered my lips in just one swipe. I also like the sweet scent.
I tested the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Mouse, last month when I had a dinner date with my boyfriend and we eat greasy food, to be a surprise I didn't expect that it stays on my lips, and I can still see a stain. It can be last for the whole 8 hours with regular talking and drinking, but if you eat you'll probably have to reapply. It always depends on your lip's activities, I don't mind reapplying my lipstick as long as I love the formula.
I also loved how the lip mousse is moisturizing and very comfortable to wear. Overall I can recommend this lipstick if you were a type of person who doesn't like a matte lipstick and looking foe smooth lippies. I can say that it's kind of expensive. If you have a budget go and try this, but if you don't like the price you can wait for the big SALE coming mostly this season, to get an extra discount. :)
