[ ALTHEA HOLIDAY EDITION ] BLACK SPARKLING BOX REVIEW AND TRY ON

After my Althea box last week. Here's another unboxing from they're Holiday Edition which The Black Sparkling Box. It supposed to be in a Christmas edition box, but unfortunately, I received mine with their regular pink box because I bought this box last week and I think January is not a Christmas season lol.

They're Holiday Edition has three categories which are Red Sparkling Box, Gold Sparkling Box, and Black Sparkling Box. Each box has different prices and items. I got the Black which cost me 1, 460 Pesos and worth 5, 290 Pesos of products. 

The reason why I chose the Black Sparkling is that of April Skin Cushion. I heard a lot of good review about the cushion and the price itself is worth of buying. This is the most expensive cushion I have read in my co-beauty bloggers. 

APRIL SKIN THE MAGIC SNOW CUSHION 2.0

April Skin Magic Snow Cushion 2.0 claim to have a moisture for any skin type without compromising on good coverage. The cushion made with 45% water-based formula and BB Cushion works to not only hide your imperfections but to improve them too which has hydrating and nourishing properties. The cushion comes with sturdy compact and a black puff wit mirror. I like how the packaging has a very elegant approach and matte compact.

The consistency of cushion is liquidy but not too runny. It comes in three shades which are No. 21, No. 22 and what I got is Shade No. 23 which well known to match the skin of Pilipina and I am so happy I got my perfect shade. The cushion coverage is medium but also blendable to High, while applying I haven't noticed any cakey and it has a sweet scent.

I applied the cushion using the puff provided and doesn't dry down quickly you need to set whatever powder you have to get the best result. 

What I love about this cushion? It gives me a perfect coverage to conceal my dark spot. I like has it last the whole day and doesn't have a strong scent like on my Makeup Cushion. Also, it doesn't feel like I am wearing a cushion, its very lightweight and quickly mattifying on my face after it set.

RIRE GEL LINER

This Gel Liner claims to have a long-lasting performance without a smudge and it has a waterproof, strong against sweat and water.

The packaging looks simple with allover black color. But, as I mentioned in my previous post I am not a fan of Black Eyeliner. I preferred Brown like what I got in my previous Althea box. The pencil is cute and it is retractable and has an airtight container near on the top of a pencil liner.

Its true that it is long-lasting but I tried to smudge the eyeliner I applied on my wrist and I don't like how it smudges. Overall, I like how it lasts the whole day and I recommend this to my friends who really loves black eyeliner.

MISSHA: THE STYLE 4D MASCARA

This Mascara provides a length, volumize and separates the lashes to give your eye a gorgeous flirty face.  It also has a water, sweat, and oil-resistant. This simple yet an impressive mascara is also made with natural plants extracts so it doesn't irritate the gentle parts of your eyes. It comes with all black covered packaging and the bristles are easy to glide on.

Overall, I like how this mascara makes my eye more alive and perfect for everyday looks. I finally found mine on the go mascara. This product doesn't have a strong scent and it comes in different shades. I hope I got brown lols. 

SON&PARK: ALL THAT SMOKY KIT

Didn't found a price from Althea | Price range to $29.66

This kit consists of rich shade, edgy sparkle, and deep point expresses various smoky eye makeup. I love how this kit a semi-smoky shades. I didn't find this separately on Althea. 

Color/Option: 1. Clear Stone, 2. Toubu, 3. Brass, 4. Brownie, 5. Iron Lilac, 6. Charcoal

Here are the final looks, I just used my regular blush, lipstick, and eyebrow to complete the looks. I am little proud of myself for doing this eye makeup because I am not used to apply a heavy eyeshadow and eyeliner. Just don't mind the tone of the photo my lightning is not balanced right now and I overdo my filter. lol 

Overall. I love what products inside this holiday edition box. It's really worth of buying and trying. I just wish it has a lipstick included in this box to complete the Sparkling looks.
